What Will You Do?
As a Talen acquisition and Onboarding Administrator at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (TAO) Administrator is responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of the Human Resources onboarding process for new hires entering the organization. Working with other members of the Talent Acquisition team, this role also provides assistance with managing the full life cycle recruiting and staffing processes through all appropriate avenues to include: conducting new hire orientation to ensure new hires have positive experience as they enter Pine Rest, assist with coordinating the interview process and making offers to candidates when necessary. The TAO Administrator may also help with re-recruitment and promotions to ensure internal employees have a seamless experience as they transfer into a new role. The TAO Administrator is dedicated to excellent customer service, enthusiastic about the care we offer, and foster a sense of belonging and empowerment in a diverse workplace.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delivers an exceptional customer service experience by facilitating a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience for new hires and transfers.

  • Serves as the primary contact for new hire orientation and manages all aspects of the early onboarding process, including ensuring the accurate completion of all new hire paperwork, health screening, and other documentation.

  • Works with service vendors (such as health screening/drug screening vendors) to troubleshoot and resolve any issues which may arise during onboarding.

  • Responsible for the coordination and processing of all ongoing new employee orientation(s).

  • Conducts pre-employment verifications to include: reference checks, background checks (ICHAT, etc.), OIG checks, and all other pre-employment screening.

  • Oversees the maintenance, accuracy and comprehensiveness of the new employee personnel files, I-9’s and other confidential files.

  • Coordinate all volunteer opportunities and activities for the organization as well as maintain all volunteer files and track appropriate documentation.

  • Participates and assist with coordinating, scheduling and attending career/job fairs, networking events, and other career related events to promote the Pine Rest brand and to increase awareness of the career opportunities available at Pine Rest.

  • Ensures all job descriptions are provided to new hires upon their start and appropriate signatures are obtained.

  • Assist with recruitment when necessary, including opening and managing requisitions, phone screening candidates and direct contact with hiring managers to facilitate this process.

  • Responsible for auditing employee files to ensure all required documentation is present in each employee file.


What Does This Role Require?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

  • 2-5 years of recruiting and/or onboarding experience preferred.

  • 2-5 years of public speaking and/or training experience preferred.
