What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Officer you'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our employees and guests:

• Responsible for managing end to end recruitment for agreed roles and departments including writing job descriptions, posting and managing adverts and telephone screenings.
• Our Talent Acquisition Officer will also support with recruitment open days and campaigns, including tasks such as social media updates and proactive recruitment searches.
• They will also play a key role with our early careers programme, supporting our Talent Acquisition Manager  with our graduate and placement programmes, and school partnership programmes.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
