We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist to join our HR team and support our growing talent needs. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our educational mission

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing, to onboarding
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other talent channels
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports to track hiring metrics and process effectiveness
  • Prepare and update job descriptions in coordination with different departments
  • Contribute to reviewing and improving the organizational structure based on business needs
  • Support performance management processes and ensure completion of evaluations linked to training and development
  • Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures
  • Analyze training needs, develop training plans, and follow up on implementation


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and OD
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in hiring educational staff is a plus
  • Exposure to HR/OD initiatives is a plus
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
