Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment operations. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring activities, collaborating with clients and candidates, and enhancing our talent pipeline across various tech-related roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source and engage candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in ATS and CRM systems.
- Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology sector.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of GCC labor market and hiring trends is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
