Accountabilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, aligning on role requirements, interview strategy, and candidate expectations.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
- Build and maintain pipelines of top engineering and corporate talent to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Champion candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and thoughtful feedback.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding and smooth transitions for new hires.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within hypergrowth SaaS environments.
- Proven experience managing high-volume, fast-paced hiring cycles.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and navigate complex hiring needs.
- Must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
