As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll shape the Staycation team of tomorrow in France and across Europe. You’ll fully own how we hire: building a thoughtful recruitment engine, partnering with every team, and helping us grow with care and ambition. This is a key role to support our next chapter.
Handle a Best-in-Class Recruitment Experience
• Design tailored hiring strategies for each role, aligned with our business goals and team needs.
• Source and engage top talent through a smart mix of inbound and outbound strategies, using creative and personalised outreach.
• Drive recruitment operational excellence by owning the entire process — from sourcing to onboarding — and ensuring a seamless, efficient journey.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, making every interaction meaningful, memorable, and aligned with our values.
Business Partnering
• Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to deeply understand their recruitment needs, coaching them on best practices and sharing actionable feedback to make hiring sharper and faster.
• Define and lead Staycation’s talent acquisition strategy — aligning hiring priorities with business objectives and ensuring we attract the talent we need to succeed.
• Design, iterate, and elevate hiring processes, rituals, and content to continuously improve efficiency and quality.
• Track, analyze, and share insights by monitoring key talent acquisition metrics to celebrate wins and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Projects
• Lead projects that shape our TA strategy, from enhancing candidate experience to implementing quick wins across our recruitment stack and processes.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to make hiring more efficient and scalable.
• Boost our employer brand visibility across key platforms (Welcome to the Jungle, JobTeaser, careers page…) and within the wider ecosystem.
This position is based in Paris, 20th district with a hybrid work setup.
You’ll own the full talent acquisition scope in a growing startup, with real impact and autonomy
You’ll build a thoughtful, high-quality hiring engine from the ground up
You’ll work with a passionate, ambitious, and genuinely kind team
You’ll help shape the future of a company that’s redefining hospitality and bringing more joy into people’s lives
Have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a start-up/scale-up environment, ideally with a mix background agency and in-house recruiter roles
Are used to hiring tech roles, and bonus points if you’ve touched brand, growth, sales or data profiles too
Are data-driven mindset and able to work autonomously
You’re confident sourcing through both inbound and outbound channels, and know how to make your outreach feel smart and personal
Love working with people and are trusted as a true business partner by hiring managers
Are well-organised, meticulous, and care deeply about the candidate experience
Think in systems and numbers, you're data-driven and always improving
Are hands-on, proactive, and take ownership without waiting for permission
Experience working with an ATS is a big plus, and if you already know Ashby, even better!
