Group Talent Acquisition Specialist H/F
We are looking for a Group Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruitment on a worldwide basis. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will assist the Head of TA for deploying the global talent acquisition strategy at the group level and managing key recruitments for the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support strategic drivers (attract – develop – engage)
• Help deploy the Centre of Excellence (COE) model across regions and lines of business
• Improve talent acquisition tools and evaluation methods
• Help define and monitor Group recruitment KPIs
• Analyze talent attraction trends
• Develop partnership with third parties (jobboards….)
In partnership with regional and line of business HR teams, you will oversee key recruitment projects with a headhunting approach:
• Implement the most effective sourcing strategies (employee referral, headhunting, advertising, internal mobility, etc.) at an international level
• Actively identify and approach talents, working closely with the stakeholders
• Manage the full recruitment process from A to Z
Participation in Ad Hoc Projects: In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be involved in various ad hoc projects as required by the team or the Group. These one-off and diverse projects will give you the opportunity to leverage your expertise on cross-functional topics, contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, and participate in strategic talent development initiatives within the Group.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Requirements and Skills:
• 6-8 + years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a international company or in a similar role within an executive search agency with an international exposure
• A hunter's mindset with highly effective candidate pipeline management and strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting tools
• Familiarity with ATS, resume databases, job boards, and professional networks including LinkedIn
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Strong understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Knowledge of the Transport and logistics sector is a nice to have
