Position Overview:

A leading ABA company is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to build and lead a sophisticated recruiting function. This is not a typical recruiter role—this is a builder role for someone who can design and execute high-level sourcing strategies, especially for clinical and administrative roles within healthcare.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven healthcare recruitment experience (preferably in nursing homes, home care, or ABA).

  • Strategic thinker with ability to design long-term recruiting systems.

  • Process-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Strong networker and relationship builder; able to engage passive candidates.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience managing or mentoring junior recruiting staff is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead recruitment strategies for clinical and operational roles across the organization.

  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using creative and proactive methods.

  • Build a strong recruiting pipeline through networking, job boards, referral programs, and partnerships.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job intake through offer negotiation.

  • Collaborate with department leads to assess hiring needs and set clear hiring goals.

  • Track and report hiring metrics; implement improvements based on insights.

  • Partner with leadership to improve employer branding and candidate experience.

Qualifications and Must-Haves:

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare.

  • Demonstrated success sourcing clinical staff (e.g., BCBA, RBT, LPN, RN, CNA).

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment metrics, and ATS tools.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
