Summary
A fast-growing multi-state ABA provider is seeking a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead its national recruitment efforts. This hands-on leadership role will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, develop employer branding strategies, and implement scalable hiring systems to support rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles
Lead and grow a high-performing internal talent acquisition team
Develop and execute national employer branding strategies to attract top-tier candidates
Establish metrics and reporting systems to track hiring performance and pipeline health
Optimize recruitment systems, tools, and processes for scalability
Partner with onboarding and HR teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Requirements
Proven ability to build and scale recruiting operations in a fast-paced organization
Experience in employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment marketing
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a hands-on approach and the ability to balance strategy and execution
Familiarity with healthcare or therapy settings preferred
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Must be based in or commutable to Lakewood, NJ
