We're looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our dedicated production recruiting team! In this pivotal role, you'll partner closely with our business leaders and HR to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, specifically targeting our hourly production, skilled trades, and critical front-line leadership positions within our plants. Position Specifics:
- Hybrid position: 3 days in, 2 days out weekly.
- Position to sit in Mequon, WI
- Willingness to travel to our locations in WI, IL and OH for pre-planned meetings/events
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Implementation
- Create and implement production recruitment strategies for our plant locations and tie all recruitment activity directly to achieving hourly production goals.
- Develop proactive candidate pipeline strategies for difficult-to-fill positions, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified talent.
- Lead/execute on recruitment strategies that help support our production hiring needs. (e.g. Community, High School, Trade School, events etc.)
Stakeholder Partnership & Candidate Experience
- Partner with the HRSC (HR Service Center) and Human Resource Partners throughout the recruitment cycle to ensure optimal candidate experience. This close collaboration ensures alignment with business hiring needs from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Coach recruiters on their need to guide hiring managers through the talent selection process from scoping meeting to onboarding, fostering strong partnerships to meet production staffing requirements.
- Focused on being in lockstep with the business and HR to understand their dynamic hiring needs and work to establish meeting cadence to ensure visibility to TA strategies and recruitment execution.
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
- This TA Manger role will additionally support some core recruitment in the production space (minimal req load). Your ability to source qualified, high-quality candidates who align with our culture will continue to be a part of this working TA Manager opportunity.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to individual team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Champion best practices in talent acquisition, empowering the team with the tools and knowledge to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and hiring manager satisfaction.
Compliance & Essential Functions
- Follow Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management System procedures and requirements.
- Ability to meet the essential job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation, as outlined in the job description.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of successful Talent Acquisition experience
- 3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
- Practical experience with the application of recruitment/hiring practices.
- Demonstrated success in developing and fostering teamwork at all organizational levels.
- Proven interpersonal skills in developing key relationships and partnerships throughout the business and with HR partners.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and influence others throughout the organization to find optimal solutions.
- Experience leading, developing and coaching employees
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to frame business issues, analyze options, and concisely articulate a course of action to cross-functional audiences.
