Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer

Location: West Chester, OH (primarily on site with travel as required)


Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and developing FCH’s talent acquisition strategy and managing a small team of recruiters. This role partners closely with six HR leaders in the field, hiring managers, and executive leadership to proactively identify workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines. In a player-coach role, the manager ensures best-in-class recruiting practices, optimizes systems and processes, leverages

behavioral assessment tools, and drives measurable improvements in quality of hire, time-to-fill, and retention.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across all FCH divisions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with FCH’s growth objectives.
  • Partner closely with six HR leaders, Business Unit leadership and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and create proactive hiring plans.
  • Oversee and optimize the corporate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruiting technologies.
  • Ensure consistent intake processes, structured interviewing methodologies, and competency-based hiring practices across the organization.
  • Leverage Predictive Index (PI) behavioral assessment tools to guide hiring decisions and ensure strong job fit.
  • Establish sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, industry networks, career fairs, and college recruiting initiatives.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide analytical, data-driven reports to the CHRO and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine competitive compensation ranges, offers, and hiring timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal company policies.
  • Continuously improve employer branding initiatives and candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce time-to-fill and increase retention and quality-of-hire metrics.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including team leadership responsibility.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing Predictive Index (PI) or comparable behavioral assessment tools.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience within industrial manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Expertise with set up and management of ATS, HRIS, CMS and recruiting software platforms (5+ years preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • SHRM, HRCI or Talent Acquisition specialty certification a plus.

Physical & Attendance Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to travel as required. Regular and consistent attendance is mandatory.
