We’re seeking an experienced and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead professional-level recruitment across our global, and fast growing Automotive Aftermarket Platform. As an individual contributor, this role is critical to ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full, end-to-end recruitment cycle: collaborate with hiring managers and HR to assess needs, develop job descriptions, source top talent, and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and standardize recruitment processes across the platform, including intake meetings, structured interviews, offer management, and pre-employment onboarding.
  • Build and sustain a proactive pipeline of potential candidates to address future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Partner closely with platform leadership and the broader HR team to support Leadership Development and Training initiatives.
  • Create strategic recruitment plans, including hiring forecasts, aligned with business objectives to attract talent in functions such as Engineering, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • Champion a seamless and high-quality candidate experience that reflects our brand and values.
  • Leverage analytics and market data to inform hiring strategies and improve recruiting performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certifications a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting for professional-level roles, 7 preferred.
  • Experience supporting a matrixed or platform-based organization within a larger enterprise is preferred.
  • Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter), sourcing tools, and data-driven recruitment metrics.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Pay Range:

84,000.00 - 126,000.00
