The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Minga, you’ll lead our talent acquisition strategy end-to-end. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll partner closely with leaders across Product, Sales, CX, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to design and execute hiring strategies that scale with our business. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things TA: building strong pipelines, shaping candidate experiences, and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to fuel Minga’s growth.

This is an IC role with big impact. You’ll own our TA function, influence how we grow, and help build the high-performance teams that make Minga a place people love to work.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive Minga’s talent acquisition strategy across all departments, aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with leaders in Product, Sales, CX, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to understand team needs, hiring priorities, and workforce plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top candidates.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Minga’s values and culture.
  • Develop and refine TA processes, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Director of People & Culture on headcount planning, talent forecasting, and workforce strategy.
  • Provide hiring manager coaching and interview training to strengthen consistency and decision-making.
  • Use data and insights to track progress, measure success, and continuously improve TA performance.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives to showcase Minga as a top destination for talent.

What We Require

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven success hiring across multiple functions (Sales, Product, Engineering, CX, Marketing, Ops).
  • Strong track record managing full-cycle recruitment in high-growth or SaaS/tech environments.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders on recruitment strategy.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools; confident in building proactive pipelines.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to guide strategy and decision-making.
