This position does require travel to our health care facilities throughout the nation. Travel requirements could be up to 25% to provide and support leadership and employee engagement, culture rollouts and operational partnerships.



What Will You Do in This Role?

 

Teamworkers Supplemental Staffing is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment strategy. This role is responsible for coordinating staffing assignments, maintaining compliance documentation, supporting employees, operational continuity and partnering with community leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

 

This position plays a key role in reducing outside agency reliance, managing labor costs, and ensuring staffing stability across our organization. The leader partners closely with Operations, Scheduling, and Nursing Leadership to proactively forecast staffing needs, recruit top talent, and manage pipeline development to support recruitment efforts.

   

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and mentor recruiters and support staff via servant leadership style
  • Establish performance metrics and accountability standards for the team
  • Coordinate and manage daily staffing assignments for PRN employees
  • Conduct yearly reviews
  • Partner with Administrators and DONs to address staffing needs and assist with resolving process barriers and/or HR-related areas of concern that arise
  • Professionally escalate process barriers and/or R-related areas of concern by partnering with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Regional Directors as needed to assist with resolution
  • Monitor licensure, certifications, and compliance requirements
  • Track labor usage, overtime, and cost savings
  • Support onboarding, scheduling, and employee communication
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  • Monitor vacancies, time-to-fill, and other KPIs
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Attendance is an essential part of the role
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • 5 + years of scheduling, workforce coordination, or healthcare administration experience
  • 3+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing a talent acquisition team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling systems and HRIS platforms
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations preferred
  • Senior living or health care experience preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations preferred
