Position Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Reports To: VP of Human Resources
Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads and supports the organizationโs full-cycle recruiting efforts, ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and positive candidate experience across all TMI locations. This role partners closely with leadership to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent while maintaining effective recruitment processes and pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Human Resources department in all recruitment-related activities
- Partner with the HR Director to define position requirements, ensure service satisfaction, and drive timely hiring and onboarding processes
- Manage recruitment for both high-volume roles and professional/leadership-level positions
- Oversee job postings through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and external job boards
- Source candidates through networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster
- Review and screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews using structured tools and best practices
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Communicate key hiring updates, including start dates, compensation, position status, and onboarding schedules
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events, including travel to branch locations as needed
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, screening tools, assessments, and interview guides
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition and onboarding teams
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide reporting to HR leadership
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS platforms)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills
Equipment Used
- Standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, etc.)
- Ability to travel and operate a motor vehicle as needed
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Frequent use of hands for computer and office tasks

- Ability to perform job duties in a safe and alert manner
Education and Experience
- Bachelorโs degree preferred
- 3โ5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition strongly preferred
- Prior experience managing or leading a team is preferred
