Your Mission
Join our HR team in
Canada as Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d), where you will play a vital role
in shaping the future of sustainable energy transmission. You will be
responsible for overseeing recruitment operations across two locations in
Canada and a dynamic new factory in the USA. This exciting opportunity includes
the unique challenge of staffing the new US facility from the ground up,
ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our mission of innovation

Your Tasks:
- Full Cycle Recruiting: Own and manage the full recruitment cycle
for multiple roles (Blue & White Collar) by developing and
implementing innovative sourcing strategies and engagement techniques to
attract top talent for each position.
- Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor and thought
partner to hiring managers by utilizing data and insights to drive
proactive talent conversations, inform recruitment strategies, enhance
process efficiency, and influence key stakeholders.
- Employer Branding: Act as a key partner in implementing local
employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of
choice in a competitive talent market.
- Recruiting Process Excellence: Ensure that the recruiting process is
executed with high quality, compliance, and professionalism to deliver a
world-class candidate experience that reflects our mission and values at
every touchpoint.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global talent acquisition
teams to share best practices and lead global projects to drive both
global and local recruiting and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines. Possession of a CHRP, CHRL, PHR, or SHRM-CP designation is an asset.
- Experience: Extensive experience in similar roles, with a preference for exposure to both Canadian and USA markets including familiarity with Canadian and U.S. employment laws and hiring practices.
- Passion: A deep passion for talent acquisition and employer branding, with the capability to handle both operational tasks and strategic projects.
- Cultural Assessment: Proficiency in assessing company culture and team structures to facilitate optimal team building.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication skills, exceptional networking talent, and a proven ability to devise solutions to challenges.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 25% of the time to our factory in Charlotte, US, to engage with on-site teams and understand operational needs.
