SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, developing and implementing strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent while fostering a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will make certain processes are administered to meet federal and state regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Strategy and Planning:
- Develops and executes the talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s business goals, including identifying future talent needs and building a diverse talent pipeline.
- Stays updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to continually optimize the talent acquisition process.
- Develops and implements employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a desirable employer.
- Ensures compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations and company policies.
- Works with payroll to assures setup as an employer in new states.
Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of and supports the recruitment and onboarding process from requisition request to onboarding a new hire.
- Leverages the recruitment technology, sets up a process to attract and hire top talent efficiently utilizing the ATS system.
- Serves as a back-up for the recruiter and will provide support and direction to the HR Coordinator as it relates to talent acquisition.
- Actively manages, negotiates the third-party recruiting agreements, establishing clear expectations, monitoring performance and maintaining open communications to ensure efficient and successful hiring practices.
Onboarding and Retention:
- Works with human resources and the hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the new hires and contribute to the initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Tracks key recruitment metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to stakeholders. Will be responsible for Affirmative Action Plan and Government Reporting Preparation.
Relationship Building:
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders and external partners.
Process Improvement:
- Identifies areas for improvement, communicate and collaborate with appropriate parties to gather input and facilitate approved process changes.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 7 years of management experience within healthcare talent acquisition is required.
- Experience with HRIS software is required.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Project management skills.
