You are a great fit for this role if you have knowledge and abilities in:

• Identifying talent, skills and strengths of individuals to align with the strategic mission of the organization. 
• Ability to establish, develop, and implement processes and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.
• Advanced analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively summarize and present information.
• Organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Excellent written, oral, and electronic communication skills.
• Establishing, developing, and implementing processes and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action.
• Acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred. 
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, or Talent Acquisition credential preferred, or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR or related field preferred.
