Our client, a leading ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company, is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager with expertise in sourcing and hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) at both low and high volumes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for RBT candidates, from identifying top talent to mentoring recruits through the RBT certification process, all while driving high-quality hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for RBT positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain high-quality RBT candidates, both in low and high volumes.
  • Identify potential candidates for RBT training programs, and recruit individuals to enroll in the RBT course.
  • Mentor and support recruits through the RBT certification process, ensuring they complete the course and obtain their certification.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the ongoing staffing needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on the healthcare or ABA industry, and specific experience in recruiting RBT candidates.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting both low and high-volume positions within tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of the RBT certification process, with experience mentoring candidates through the course.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire potential candidates.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage the hiring process.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Ability to work remotely, managing time effectively to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
