About K12 Coalition
K12 Coalition provides products and services that help K-12 schools and teachers achieve transformational learning outcomes. We tackle many of today’s toughest education obstacles, including teacher recruitment and retention, student learning acceleration, ongoing teacher coaching and development, long-range strategic planning, and school equity audits. K12 Coalition came together when educators with deep experience as teachers, school leaders and high-level district administrators observed a genuine need for something better. Our divisions include iteach, Passage Preparation, Teaching Channel, Insight Education Group, and Lavinia Group.
Location: Preference for this role to be hybrid in the office two days per week in one of our office locations (Charlottesville, VA; Denton TX; Eagan, MN).
The Opportunity
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll drive our company’s mission to build a team that advances educational transformation. In this role, you’ll lead our efforts to attract and hire talent across a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on providing a positive candidate experience and promoting our employment brand. You’ll oversee every step of the recruitment process, from strategizing talent pipelines and sourcing diverse candidates to guiding hiring managers and ensuring compliance in talent practices.
This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact by shaping how we grow and sustain a high-performing, inclusive workforce that empowers K-12 schools and educators nationwide. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report directly to the CHRO and work alongside a dedicated team that includes an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Operations Associate.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is $75,000-$95,000.
As part of our commitment to pay equity, new hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the salary band minimum and the salary band midpoint depending on qualifications, location, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
