Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to join our team! The TA Manager develops and executes hiring strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent for our restaurants, managing the entire recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and leveraging data and employer branding to meet business needs. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with expertise in professional social networks, recruitment analytics, and building a strong employer brand.  

  • Create and implement innovative strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring diverse, high-caliber candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team to understand current and future staffing needs and provide expert guidance
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines using various methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and career fairs
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand, increase visibility, and attract more qualified applicants
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Build and manage a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates through proactive outreach
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records within the ATS system and manager hiring workflows
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality
  • Implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities
  • Support onboarding and new-hire orientation
  • Participate in HR initiatives and special projects that contribute to overall team objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of strategic recruiting experience and with some being in the hospitality industry 
  • Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruiting tools
  • Familiarity with HR fundamentals, including compliance, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on recruiting execution
  • Mastery of professional social networks, digital tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to analyze labor market trends and leverage recruitment data to drive strategic improvements. 
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable recruitment strategies. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple roles and candidates effectively
Salary Description
