Job Description

  • Learn and understand the nuances of each hiring department and job opening by job shadowing and working directly with the hiring manager
  • Create and post openings on to the company website, social media and other job platforms to generate interest from candidates
  • Review applications and resumes for matching skill sets
  • Conduct phone, video-conferencing, and face to face interviews to screen candidates for skill sets, attitude, enthusiasm and dedication
  • Serve as an advisor to talent and hiring managers
  • Present candidates to hiring managers and arrange all interviews, travel if necessary, and share agendas with the candidate and all parties involved
  • Proactively recruit candidates that demonstrate skill sets and attributes that are regularly sought after in the company

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of recruiting experience is required in a corporate setting, preferably consumer packaged goods
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Skilled in working independently and with a team
  • Learning agility to teach yourself and others new processes as well as creativity to quickly and effectively responds to challenges
  • Project management experience is preferred in order to work with multiple openings requiring vast skill sets
  • High mental flexibility as positions range from entry level to specialized/credentialed positions
  • Strong computer skills are required with Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems and web based tools
  • Ability to multi-task and remain agile in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work with a team with a high level of professionalism is required


Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00

Compensation: $70,000 annually (negotiable depending on experience)
