Our client, a dedicated provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, is seeking an experienced In-House Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiter to join their growing team. The In-House Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter will lead full cycle recruitment for BCBAs, RBTs, and support roles in a growing ABA therapy provider. Responsibilities include sourcing top talent, managing high volume hiring, collaborating with clinical leaders on staffing needs, tracking metrics, and ensuring compliance. Expected to deliver efficient placements to support expanding client services.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Create and execute basic marketing for job openings - e.g., compelling job postings, targeted social media campaigns, and employer branding content.
- Manage full cycle recruitment: screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing clinical and support roles.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to understand staffing needs and prioritize high volume hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Support efficient placements to meet expanding client service demands.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in healthcare or ABA.
- Experience with full cycle recruiting and high volume hiring.
- Ability to create basic marketing content for job openings and employer branding.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like ATS, sourcing tools, and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
