Responsibilities
About You

A strategic thinker with a proven track record in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

Exceptional at building strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers

Adept at using sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms (Oracle experience desirable)

Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner driving recruitment excellence across Pure DC. You’ll collaborate with leaders to anticipate workforce needs, design effective hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience.

From managing full-cycle recruitment to building high-performing talent pipelines for niche and critical roles, you’ll champion direct hiring, reduce agency spend, and leverage market insights to shape our future workforce. You’ll lead the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, coach hiring managers, and bring innovative sourcing strategies to life – all while driving our employer brand and EVP to new heights.

This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role where you will directly influence the quality, diversity, and culture of the teams that power Pure DC.
