Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and results-driven Recruiter and HR Manager to manage the full cycle of talent acquisition and oversee human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in finding and attracting top talent while advancing a professional and productive workplace culture.Β 


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting:

  • Sourcing & Screening: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including writing compelling job descriptions, posting openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.), sourcing passive candidates, and screening resumes and applications.
  • Interview & Selection: Conduct initial phone/video interviews, coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, and advise managers on effective interviewing techniques.
  • Candidate Management: Administer pre-employment assessments, perform reference and background checks, prepare and extend job offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, host recruitment events, and implement initiatives to enhance the employer brand


Recruitment and Hiring: Recruitment and hiring process, from identifying suitable candidates to conducting interviews and assisting with hiring decisions.

Human Resources Management:

  • Provide professional advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS and ATS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business related field.
  • Experience: Typically 10+ years of proven experience in human resources and full-cycle recruitment, preferably in Engineering or Construction.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR best practices, human resources metrics, and employment laws/regulations.


Preferred Qualifications

  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience with specific HR software (e.g., ADP ).
  • Experience with social media recruiting techniques.
