Blankenship CPA Group, PLLC is seeking a full-time, experienced Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Manager (Recruiter). We are a growing firm with seven locations in Middle Tennessee. Purpose of Job
Our Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Manager is focused on optimizing and enhancing the entire experience an employee has with a company, from the very first interaction as a candidate to their eventual departure. It's a strategic approach to HR that goes beyond just transactional processes. This role encompasses the employee lifecycle with ownership of attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding through the lens of the individual's experience and growth.
