Key Responsibilities: <\/div>
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across departments. <\/div>
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job postings. <\/div>
- Support in organizing and scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone screenings, and updating applicant tracking systems. <\/div>
- Help manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding. <\/div>
- Conduct research on recruitment trends and suggest new strategies to attract top talent. <\/div>
- Collaborate with the HR team to support recruiting events, career fairs, and other outreach initiatives. <\/div>

Qualifications: <\/div>
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. <\/div>
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. <\/div>

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software is a plus. <\/div>
