Position Overview
The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to support spiderSilk’s growth and delivery objectives. This role partners closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across assigned teams
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and success criteria
Proactively source, screen, and engage technical candidates using a variety of channels
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs
Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience
Strengthen employer branding through candidate engagement and market presence
Track, report, and share recruitment metrics, insights, and market feedback
Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g. engineering, AI, Threat Intel, Security Analyst, Vulnerability Research, DevOps)
Strong understanding of technical skill sets and recruitment best practices
Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good understanding of the technical landscape across the world
Strong negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring in high-growth or scaling technology environments
Familiarity with technical interviewing and assessment frameworks
Exposure to employer branding or talent community initiatives
Experience recruiting across multiple geographies
Background in technology, engineering, or related technical fields
