Position Overview

The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to support spiderSilkโ€™s growth and delivery objectives. This role partners closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across assigned teams

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and success criteria

  • Proactively source, screen, and engage technical candidates using a variety of channels

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs

  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience

  • Strengthen employer branding through candidate engagement and market presence

  • Track, report, and share recruitment metrics, insights, and market feedback

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g. engineering, AI, Threat Intel, Security Analyst, Vulnerability Research, DevOps)

  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets and recruitment best practices

  • Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Good understanding of the technical landscape across the world

  • Strong negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring in high-growth or scaling technology environments

  • Familiarity with technical interviewing and assessment frameworks

  • Exposure to employer branding or talent community initiatives

  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies

  • Background in technology, engineering, or related technical fields
