POSITION OVERVIEW

The Talent Acquisition & HR Manager will lead recruiting and core HR operations. This role is split between full-cycle recruitment (40–50%) and HR functions including onboarding, training, benefits, and compliance. The Talent Acquisition & HR Manager will partner with leadership to attract top talent, enhance employee experience, and maintain scalable HR practices for the Company. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting for all roles and locations
    • Build diverse talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, schools, and community programs
    • Represent the company at career fairs and outreach events
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience

    • Design and deliver a seamless onboarding process
    • Support benefits administration and lead open enrollment
    • Promote a positive and inclusive culture through engagement initiatives
  • Training & Development

    • Coordinate performance management processes
    • Identify skill gaps and implement training programs
    • Maintain compliance records for training and development
  • HR Compliance & Policy

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
    • Address employee relations concerns professionally and consistently


Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
  • Proficiency with ATS/HCM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in construction or trades industry preferred
