What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you’ll be the engine behind our hiring success—owning top-of-funnel sourcing and creating a steady flow of qualified candidates for HR and hiring managers.
Generate Pipelines That Power Growth:
- Post jobs across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche boards to drive applicant flow.
- Leverage sourcing strategies—Boolean searches, outreach, AI tools—to uncover hidden talent.
- Build pools for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
Engage and Persuade:
- Run proactive outreach campaigns that grab attention and spark interest.
- Deliver a compelling story of why SimuTech is the place to be.
- Conduct quick, impactful phone screens to qualify candidates.
Partner and Deliver:
- Hand off warm, qualified candidates to HR and hiring managers.
- Ensure candidate details and insights are clear, accurate, and actionable.
- Stay market-savvy and share intelligence to sharpen sourcing strategies.
What You’ll Bring

- Tech-Forward – Able to use ATS, sourcing tools, and HR systems.

Pay range: $20-35/hr (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location)
