This is a hybrid position with flexible weekly options to work from home, our Fremont corporate office, or any of our campus locations in Fremont, Lincoln, Louisville, or Norfolk. Position Summary

We're growing our HR team and introducing a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator position to help us level up our hiring efforts across the organization!
In this role, you'll directly influence employee retention outcomes by identifying, screening, and championing dedicated, high-quality candidates who align with our culture and mission from the very beginning. You’ll create welcoming environments for every candidate interaction—integrating hospitality into every decision to ensure individuals feel valued, respected, and excited about the opportunity to join Nye Health Services. As a culture ambassador, you’ll champion the mission, vision, and values of our organization—consistently modeling them in your approach to hiring and engagement.
Your ability to spot potential and ensure a thoughtful hiring experience will have a lasting impact on the teams we build.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles
- Launch outreach campaigns on Indeed, resume mining, and LinkedIn sourcing
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future needs
- Serve as a gatekeeper to Nye Health Services—screen and champion candidates who are committed, talented, team-oriented, and a strong cultural fit
- Use sound judgment and insight to ensure only the most aligned candidates move forward in the process
- Conduct phone screens and create personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email.
- Enter screening notes and flag top talent for manager review
- Post and refresh job listings across job platforms
- Ensure postings remain visible and up-to-date
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage calendars, Microsoft Teams setup, confirmations, and reschedules as needed
- Support logistics and attend job fairs and recruiting events
- Send timely updates to candidates—regrets, interview updates, and offers.
- Help coordinate offer steps and serve as a liaison with hiring managers
- Keep applicant tracking system (ATS) clean and updated.
- Track candidate progress, notes, and communication history
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- You enjoy both independent sourcing and being a collaborative team player
- Tech-savvy, familiar with applicant tracking systems and platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or SeekOut
- Attention to detail and a desire to create a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (Candidates close to degree completion or interested in an intern-to-hire opportunity may also be considered)
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or a fast-paced administrative role is a plus!
