Description

RB Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team. This ideal candidate will be located in the Burnaby, BC area.

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting RB Global’s hiring process! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring job requisitions are submitted accurately and approved in a timely manner. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to maintain compliance, provide ad-hoc reporting, and ensure a seamless recruitment workflow. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional with strong communication and analytical skills to contribute to a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team.



Responsibilities
  • Ensure job requisitions are submitted accurately and aligned with company policies.
  • Review and validate requisition details to confirm they meet organizational requirements.
  • Monitor and track approvals for job requisitions, ensuring proper authorization is obtained before posting. Assign requisitions to the appropriate Recruiter.
  • Serve as a liaison between managers and the Talent Acquisition team to process promotional job offers and contractor conversions.
  • Generate and provide ad-hoc reports on recruitment metrics, requisitions status, and approval workflows.
  • Maintain data accuracy within Oracle HCM and other HR systems
  • Identify and communicate any discrepancies or delays in the requisition process to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the People Team and internal business stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.Β 
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize talent acquisition workflow to align with organizational needs.Β 
  • Collaborate with teams across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific for input into globally supported projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a Coordinator capacity, specifically supporting Talent Acquisition/Recruiters
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within remote teams; share responsibility for results and accepting feedback.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Oracle, Workday, UKG)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-directed, forward thinker that can bring new ideas to the forefront based on looking at trends and external best practices.
  • Highly energetic, excellent communicator, and talent ambassador
  • Proactive problem-solving skills withΒ  focus on process improvement.
