Overview

Lifeway Human Resources is seeking a Talent Acquistion Coordinator to support our mission to serve the global church. In this Part-Time role, you will support various aspects of the Talent Acquisition process. This is a remote role but offers a highly cohesive, engaged work team culture.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Supports recruiting strategies and successfully executes established recruiting and hiring practices
  • Researches and supports active sourcing practices to attract top talent
  • Reviews incoming resumes and conducts initial interviews based on job requirements and candidate qualifications
  • Identifies, recommends, and uses online recruiting resources 
  • Manages applicant tracking system daily as it relates to open positions
  • Infrequent travel may be required, occasionally overnight (1-3 times per year)

 

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

 

  • 2+ years Human Resources or related experience,including Talent Acquisition support
  • Working knowledge and use of effective interview techniques
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
  • Social networking and online recruiting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with employment related laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
