We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who has 1-3 years of recruiting, HR, or coordination experience and is eager to grow their career in talent acquisition. Job Type:
Full Time, Hourly Non-exempt
Pay: $22+ per hour, based on experience
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support all aspects of the recruitment process under the guidance of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Post job openings across various platforms (Paycor, LinkedIn, company website, etc.).
  • Assist in screening resumes and identifying candidates who meet basic job qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates by communicating clearly and professionally.
  • Help maintain applicant records and documentation within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Support recruitment events and job fairs as part of the team.
  • Perform general administrative and HR support duties as needed.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience.
  • Interest in building a career in recruiting or HR.
  • Strong organizational skills: you thrive on structure, calendars, and checklists
  • Drive: you are motived, dependable, and excited to learn more about recruitment
  • Communication: Confident in following up with candidates and hiring managers, keeping everyone aligned
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Any prior experience in blue-collar, sales, or marketing environments is a plus, but not required.
 
Physical Demands
Must be able to perform multiple tasks and can handle the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to, standing, walking, prolonged periods of sitting, and lifting at least 25lbs.
