About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Wellbeing team, based at our Cannon Hill office. This is a part-time opportunity (3 days per week) where you’ll play a vital role in supporting recruitment across the organisation while also coordinating our student placement and volunteer programs.
You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and placement/volunteer stakeholders—ensuring a smooth and professional experience that reflects Endeavour Foundation’s values.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job ads, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and candidate communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for student placement and volunteer coordination, supporting both internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare weekly/monthly reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
About You
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or a people-focused support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems.
- A Certificate IV in Human Resources (or working towards one) will be highly regarded.
