Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and support a variety of recruitment activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while helping to grow key programs, including our internship and DOD SkillBridge initiatives. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate logistics for career fairs and recruitment events

  • Support the expansion of our internship program, including arranging travel and accommodations for participants and assisting employee attendees

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers 

  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders, including company leadership

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent

  • Coordinate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process 

  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions 

  • Other duties as assigned or required to meet the business needs 

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software 

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws

Required Education and Experience 

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or related roles 

Preferred Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization 

  • Familiarity with social media and other recruitment platforms for sourcing candidates
