We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and support a variety of recruitment activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while helping to grow key programs, including our internship and DOD SkillBridge initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for career fairs and recruitment events
Support the expansion of our internship program, including arranging travel and accommodations for participants and assisting employee attendees
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders, including company leadership
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Coordinate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software

Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Required Education and Experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
Familiarity with social media and other recruitment platforms for sourcing candidates
