Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting operations within a growing, decentralized organization. This is a newly created role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys improving processes, and can confidently manage recruiting activity across multiple locations with minimal oversight.
This position plays a critical role in coordinating hiring efforts, maintaining recruiting systems, supporting sourcing initiatives, and assisting with onboarding and orientation activities.
