Eptec delivers across a diverse range of industry sectors, including naval, defence, marine, transport and infrastructure.  Recent projects of the Eptec Group include Warragamba Dam Pipeline, Brisbane X-River Rail, Sydney Metro Trains, Old Murray Bridge, Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyers (AWD’s), Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPV’s) and the previous four Collins Class Submarine Full Cycle Dockings (FCD’s) in SA. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Foster and manage relationships with hiring and line managers.
  • Drive proactive recruitment initiatives and talent pipelining strategies.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference checks.
  • Project and adhoc work as required


Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in high volume blue and white collar recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organisational abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
