We are seeking applications for our Talent Acquisition Coordinator role, supporting our BlueCare recruitment team. In this role you will:
Support the Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative and recruitment tasks, operating within a high-volume environment
Provide engaging, candidate focussed support and pro-active follow ups throughout the pre-employment check process
Closely monitor pre-employment checks, compiling documentation and confirming compliance requirements are met
Utilise tracking tools such as excel and Workday platform to manage a high volume of candidates through pre-employment checks
What makes a difference for us?
Experience working in a fast-paced customer service or administration environment, ideally in Recruitment or HR
Strong customer service and communication skills, ensuring our candidates are well supported throughout the recruitment process
High level of organisation with strong computer skills, specifically in excel and other Microsoft programs
Eager to learn and contribute to process improvements within Talent Acquisition
