About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide essential support in the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from offer through orientation. You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR team members to manage background checks, facilitate orientations, and maintain compliance across multiple systems.

This role is ideal for a polished, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to engage directly with new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track background checks using Verified Credentials; adjudicate results and escalate issues as needed.

  • Facilitate virtual orientation sessions via MS Teams/PowerPoint with professionalism and confidence.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support new hire onboarding.

  • Maintain and update candidate records in iCIMS (ATS).

  • Process referral bonuses and related payments using UKG.

  • Deliver excellent communication to candidates, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Provide administrative support for TA operations, leveraging MS Office + Teams for daily collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5–6+ years of professional experience preferred; degree not required with strong experience.

  • Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling background check results.

  • Professional, polished communication skills; comfortable with cameras on during meetings.

  • Outgoing and confident facilitator, able to lead engaging orientation sessions.

  • Open to junior candidates (e.g., Master’s graduates) with strong interpersonal presence and willingness to take on administrative tasks.
