WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR...
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field; AND
Two (2) years of related human resources experience (preferably in full-cycle recruitment) and advanced computer skills; OR
A combination of education, experience, and training that would indicate the ability to complete the primary functions of the position in a satisfactory manner.
WE WOULD REALLY LOVE IT IF YOU HAVE...
NOTE: This position will be required to be fingerprinted and complete the CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) Security Certification Test to be allowed to view sensitive information and have unescorted access while at the Police Department (per Washington State Patrol ACCESS unit. Fingerprinting will be done during the final step of the background process for the final candidate selected for the position.
