The role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will predominantly provide recruitment support to allocated business units across a variety of vacancies. This role is primarily administrative and volume-focused, helping the TA team deliver a seamless recruitment experience, while gaining skills to take on your own portfolio in time.
 

The day to day

In this role, you’ll:
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling and reference checking
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
• Use Workday to manage recruitment processes and produce reports
• Support volume recruitment across a variety of roles (predominately blue collar and entry level laboratory positions)
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment workflows
• Ensure compliance with ALS policies, quality systems, and Health, Safety & Environmental procedures
• Support a collaborative and professional TA team environment
• Contribute to improving candidate and stakeholder experience
 

The essentials

We’re looking for a reliable, process-driven TA or HR professional who will complement our fun yet outcomes orientated team. You’ll bring:

  • Entry level experience in recruitment, HR administration, or related roles (ideally from internal TA/HR team)
  • Proven Workday experience (essential)
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to follow established processes and frameworks accurately
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders and candidates from all walks of life
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial awareness and a professional, supportive approach
  • Agility to lend a hand across the broader HR team and a desire to learn and grow
