DescriptionFurthering the HR mission of enabling strategy, shaping behaviors and driving results, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as an administrator to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition and supports the overall recruiting efforts of the Talent Acquisition Specialists team by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and providing feedback.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Sources candidates by utilizing resume databases on Indeed, LinkedIn and other sources to assist in identifying qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Continuously cultivates CCS’ candidate pipeline, using innovative ways to reach active and passive candidates.
- Schedules interviews for the Talent Acquisition Specialists and works directly with the team providing insights, feedback and status updates on candidate quality and application volume.
- Uses Paycom, CCS’ applicant tracking system efficiently, to maximize time and ensure the recruiting process is organized and effective.
- Ensures applications are completed by prospective candidates and assists candidates with any questions regarding the application process.
- Follows-up with candidates to provide updates on their application status, results of interviews, or coordinating next steps as needed.
- Maintains strong and consultative relationships with Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR Business Partners to ensure compliance in hiring and onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Runs reports as needed or requested by Manager.
- Provides general support for orientation and onboarding as needed.
- Assists and participates in projects for the Talent Acquisition and/or the HR team as needed.
- Conducts other HR duties as part of the HR team.
- Ability to maintain consistent and regular attendance in accordance with an established schedule.
- Ability to work onsite/in-office in accordance with CCS and department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruiting, HR or an Administrative position preferred, commensurate experience will also be considered.Â
- Must be proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as ATS, HRIS or CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
- Previous experience using Indeed, LinkedIn or other recruitment tools preferred.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards.
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and manage time effectively.
- Must have strong organizational skills and highly motivated to achieve results.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
