Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full‑cycle recruiting in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, with a primary focus on call center and customer support roles. This position plays a key role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talent to meet rapid staffing needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates effectively, and builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This is a fully remote role that requires strong organizational skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Functions/ Basic Duties:
- Communicate with Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for high‑volume call center positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for both immediate and long‑term hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, resume databases, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track and update candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring best practices, and applicable employment laws.
- Schedule background screens, fingerprinting, & drug screens.
- Conduct employment related skills testing.
- Create offer and rejection letters.
- Make sound hiring recommendations.
- Stay abreast of evolving recruitment best practices and legislation.
- Deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience; Manage the candidate journey and act as a candidate advocate.
- Ensure thorough communication and timely feedback to candidates.
- Manage interviewer preparedness and effective interview format.
- Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, job fairs, and networking events.
- Manage candidate onboarding experience.
- Assist with HR related projects.
- Fully supports Company Mission and consistently exhibits and champions Company values.
- Ensures compliance with Company policies, SOC audit requirements and EEO, ADA guidelines.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years minimum recruitment experience.
- PHR or SHRM-CP, preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Multi-state recruiting experience, preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Experience using applicant tracking software is a must.
- Proficiency using Workday a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Language Skills:
Fluent in English. Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.
