We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

As a key player on our People & Culture team, you’ll support recruiting operations, maintain applicant data, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and contribute to broader projects like employer branding and process improvement. This role will report to our Talent Acquisition Manager and work a hybrid scheduled (2 days on-site/3 remote) from our corporate office in Costa Mesa, CA.

What You’ll Do:

Be the Support of Our Recruiting Operations:

• Own the accuracy and organization of our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and support candidate communications
• Draft and send offer letters, initiate background checks, and track onboarding paperwork
• Coordinate New Hire Orientations to ensure a strong first impression
• Post open roles to internal and external job boards

Contribute to Strategic Recruiting Initiatives:

• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and reporting
• Administer Employee Referral and Sign-On Bonus programs
• Assist with tracking and logistics for temporary employees
• Help ensure compliance with employment regulations

Be a Trusted Partner:

• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors
• Act as a go-to point of contact for candidates throughout the process
• Support the People & Culture team with other administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws and applicable regulations.

Who Are You:

Organized. Resourceful. Reliable.

• 1+ years of experience in admin support, recruiting, or HR coordination
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Familiarity with ATS systems and basic HR processes (a plus!)
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• A proactive, positive, and customer-service oriented mindset
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Salary and Benefits: 

• The pay for this position has a base hourly pay rate of $25 to $27. The actual pay will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
