Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the company's recruiting and onboarding processes by providing administrative and operational support throughout the hiring lifecycle. This role assists with candidate sourcing activities, resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, pre-employment processes, onboarding administration, and recruiting events. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting efficient recruiting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow their career in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post approved job requisitions to recruiting sources and maintain accurate job postings.
- Review resumes and screen applicants against established job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens and document candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools within the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with candidate sourcing efforts through job boards, referrals, recruiting platforms, and community outreach initiatives.
- Support career fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting activities.
- Prepare and send pre-boarding documents to prospective candidates.
- Initiate and track background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Audit pre-employment and onboarding documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with new hire onboarding activities, including I-9 verification, orientation preparation, and new hire paperwork.
- Maintain candidate, recruiting, and employee records within ATS and HRIS systems.
- Update recruiting metrics, reports, and hiring trackers.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR administrative activities, including employee file maintenance, compliance tracking, and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive employee and company information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting, human resources, or related experience preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards to build talent pipelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced, manufacturing setting
- Customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations.

Hours of Operation:
Normal business hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM; Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays as scheduled by leadership.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Combination of indoor and outdoor activities with varying conditions
- Requires walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, bending, reaching, handling, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- May involve operating material handling equipment in a safe manner
- Work may include exposure to variable noise levels, fumes, airborne particles, hazardous chemicals, etc., requiring personal protective equipment
- Some positions may require working with small parts/components, necessitating excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
