EOI Space is developing and deploying a network of satellites in Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) to provide ultra-high-resolution Earth imagery. We aim to deliver timely and actionable data for commercial and defense applications.
What you will do:
This part-time role (20-25 hours per week) is ideal for someone with strong coordinating experience that wants to step into a full-time recruiting position down the road. You'll work closely with our senior recruiter, hiring managers, and HR to provide an exceptional candidate experience. You will be steered to help fill high-impact roles while learning our hiring philosophy, tools, and processes. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers
Serve as the primary contact for candidates coming onsite to interview in our Louisville, CO office
Support offer letter generation and background check coordination
Assist with onboarding logistics and system setup in current and future platforms
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Organize recruiting documentation, templates, and workflows
Support recruiters with job postings, candidate pipeline tracking, and reporting
Contribute to projects that enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency
Drive and participate in ad hoc process improvements and other projects that benefit the broader Recruiting/HR team
Manage communications with candidates in a professional, engaging, and timely manner
Own your portion of the candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels seen, respected, and informed
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent operations (ideally in a startup environment)
Proficiency in using ATS platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Calendly)
Comfortable owning interview coordination and managing multiple roles at once
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring teams
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to changing needs of the work environment
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $30 - $35 per hour, depending on previous experience. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and internal equity.
