Our client, an early-stage, fast-paced startup, is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing team and help elevate their hiring engine during a pivotal stage of growth! The Role: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)
The City: San Diego, CA (Onsite)
The Money: $35–$40/hour

The Ideal Candidate: Personable. Organized. Proactive. Must have at least 1+ years of RC experience and must have ATS experience (Ashby is a plus!).

The Day-to-Day:

• Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring a smooth, thoughtful candidate journey from outreach to onsite.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring workflows in the ATS while staying ahead of updates, changes, and scheduling needs.
• Serve as a responsive, welcoming point of contact for candidates throughout each stage of the process.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage pipeline activity, anticipate scheduling demands, and prioritize shifting needs.
• Support onsite interviews by greeting candidates, preparing materials, and ensuring each visit is seamless and professional.
