About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing healthcare and human services organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support recruiting efforts across multiple campuses and service lines.

This position serves as a key partner to business leaders by sourcing, engaging, and hiring mission-driven professionals while helping build workforce pipelines that support long-term organizational growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Source active and passive candidates
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct candidate screening and interview processes
  • Make verbal and written job offers
  • Manage offer negotiations and counteroffer situations
  • Track recruitment metrics and hiring performance
  • Utilize ATS and sourcing platforms to identify talent
  • Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Develop relationships with schools, technical programs, and community organizations
  • Support employment branding initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing on recruiting campaigns
  • Provide regular recruitment updates to leadership
  • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to proactively recruit through direct outreach and cold calling
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
