Compensation: $55,000 - $63,500

About the Opportunity
A rapidly growing healthcare and human services organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support recruiting efforts across multiple campuses and service lines.
This position serves as a key partner to business leaders by sourcing, engaging, and hiring mission-driven professionals while helping build workforce pipelines that support long-term organizational growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities
- Source active and passive candidates
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Conduct candidate screening and interview processes
- Make verbal and written job offers
- Manage offer negotiations and counteroffer situations
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring performance
- Utilize ATS and sourcing platforms to identify talent
- Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
- Develop relationships with schools, technical programs, and community organizations
- Support employment branding initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing on recruiting campaigns
- Provide regular recruitment updates to leadership
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to proactively recruit through direct outreach and cold calling
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
