Who You Are:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisitions Business Partner with a blend of high volume and corporate background to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of candidates for open roles and ensuring the timely hiring of qualified individuals. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, team members, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our company’s culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Recruitment: Manage the full-life recruitment process for high volume programs and be flexible to cover additional roles as needed
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, etc.) to build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person/virtual interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Collaboration with Managers: Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and other stakeholders to understand job requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and set expectations regarding timelines and hiring priorities with candidate pipeline.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Utilize and maintain the Paycom ATS to track candidate progress, schedule interviews, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to hire.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely tracking in the ATS to assist in manager reporting on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, to ensure recruitment goals are being met.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and culture to prospective candidates through consistent messaging and by showcasing the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with federal and state employment laws, as well as company policies. Stay up to date with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
    • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different business functions (e.g., operations, customer service, administrative, sales).
    • Familiarity with fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong experience with utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Proficient in using sourcing tools and job seeking platforms to build consistent candidate pipelines
    • Advanced interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidates quickly and efficiently.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and how to improve processes based on data analysis.
    • Knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
    • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting for a government contractor
  • Experience with remote recruitment and managing virtual interview processes.
